I want to rent out my room

I have a room (part of my house) with washroom it is perfect for a working bachelor who does not cook but there is a small space where he / she can cook. I was thinking of making it a guest house for a company and give it on rent directly to that Company I am willing to refurnish everything and get an AC for that room too. Do u guys have any idea whom should I approach?
