How to Block someone from Using My iPhone Hotspot?

I have an iPhone 15, and I work from home using my mobile hotspot. I suspect that my neighbor’s annoying teenager is connecting to my hotspot without permission. Is there any way I can limit or block him? Are there any apps or settings on iOS that let me control who connects? Would appreciate any advice! UPDATE: I’ve already tried the basic methods like Changed the password multiple times and Disabled the “Maximize Compatibility” option But that little bugger admitted he has some tool/app on his PC that lets him trace passwords. 😡
