Got screwed by Mishri sweets they took dry fruit and NUT too seriously

Chewed a nut in Mishra sweets laddu. What are my options to get heavy compensation? This is ridiculous and totally unacceptable. How much damage charges can be demanded from owner? Shall I take this to local newspaper or consumer court?
