Help! Internet working but wifi showing no internetl

Happened after i did (privacy dot sexy). Internet is working fine but due to wifi showing no internet, i cannot install windows updates, cannot switch between devices in spotify, share files between devices (with a cable i can). Reverted the pirvacy sexy settings, but no luck. Same with USB Tethring. Did netsh, ipconfig,network reset, unins/reins driver. -LOQ 2023 Laptop
