Xiaomi 4i 20000mAh 33W Power Bank

I just received my powerbank and i have charged it for more than 1 hour, only one light is blinking. And when i press the button to show the battery percentage, nothing happens, what to do? Flipkart can't return and refund and asked me to go to xiaomi service center. But the service center in my area sucks. Btw i use samsung s23fe and samsung charger and if i used my samsung chargers nothing happens. I used my mother's MI charger for the charge and till now only one light is blinking blinking.
