Why Spotify is charging 179 now and 179 again after 10 days in family plan?

I'm already on Spotify premium student subscription, my subscription ends on January 3rd 2024, I want to upgrade to Spotify premium family plan. But why I am charged 179 for 10 days and again 179 on 27th December?
