Why do Mobile competitive and eSport players prefer Apple over Android?

I have seen lots of esport players using Apple but i barely see anyone using an android. I know about the optimization difference but could really make a difference for performance? And some Competitive players says they prefer Apple 60 fps over Android 90 fps. Is this because Apple is more stable?
