Useless Jiofiber voucher.

As you can see. I have redeem 999 voucher last month. It is of no use. Last month they said it will get activated on 11 of December as it was redeem in middle of active plan. I waited 2 days without internet to use this voucher but it didn't get activated. So I had to recharge normal plan again. Did anyone face the same issue. If yes, how did you resolve it?
