UPI transactions Failed in PhonePe but money deducted

Hello yesterday I did 50000 Rs. transaction to a Jewellery Shop through PhonePe, the transaction shown as failed, but money was deducted from my account but not credited to the receiver's account ? Contacted PhonePe support but they have only bot reply.. what should I do to get my money back ?
