Someone got access to my Amazon account and others-

I had been constantly receiving texts that was a tinder/bumble profile creation otp so I kept ignoring. Today I woke up and had multiple OTPs of someone trying to get into my instagram & just now received a mail that someone got access to my Amazon account. I immediately changed passwords and turned 2FA on. I am terrified at the moment. Please help me out, what should I do? What should my next steps be to save myself?
