My dad's samsung fe23 lost/stolen

What should I do it's been 1.5 hours since it was switched off just right now I figured out how to get to samsung find my phone and it can't track it idk why 😔. Meanwhile we filed an fir and they are at the police station what can I do to prevent anything from happening? I tried google find my device it can't locate it.. it's been on searching since the last hour while I was tryin to figure out how to get into the samsung account.PLEASE HELP IT ITS V CRUCIAL
