Jio 5g not working with SA700

Whenever the connection goes SA700 the internet just stops, it's like I have turned off the mobile data. Except few places in my house (balcony and terrace) I get this connection only and it's really frustrating. If someone facing the same issue or having some solution around it please let me know. PS: My phone is Redmi Note 12 5g.
