Issue with Jio 10GB Data Add-on Voucher
Couldn't find any other relevant sub so here I'm Recently activated a 10GB data add-on voucher on my Jio number on 6th Dec, but I cannot access the internet. The Jio app shows the 10GB data is available, but no usage is recorded, and mobile data remains non-functional. Tried all ways of connecting with the customer care but it's of no use automated calls & chat bots are of no help, mailed them but still no reply. Have anyone here faced a similar issue, please guide how to solve it.2
