How do i get rid of scalefusion from my newly received tablet?

Hii guys. I hope you all are having a great day. My sister received a samsung tablet from the government for scoring high grades in 10th. It is under admin control and monitored by scalefusion. How do I get rid of it? I will be grateful for your help. Thank you.
