Hey guys My laptop suddenly freezes I can't do anything I have to restart but it still freezes after some times

I have tried using cmd prompts for scanning any hardrive problems and checked health of my laptop but its showing everything is good no problem detected so why my laptop is freezing can somebody please guide me I have Lenovo IdeaPad 3
