Help regarding Jio Payment Bank

I ordered a debit card from Jio Bank, but it was delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect PIN code in my communication address. As a result, my debit card order got canceled. Now, I am unable to update my address and unsure whether I will receive my debit card again. They already took 300 rs for Jio Debit Card and It is non refundable
