HELP NEEDED
I bought a new jio sim from a local store(not authorised) on 22 January 2025. All the process was done as I've seen in an authorised jio store. This was not a problem until I got these messages. Today I got a message from winzo asking me to logging in, mind you, I've never downloaded winzo before. After log in, I saw that this mobile number has been on this app since 2023. And someone has played 12 games on it. Coming to the third photo, the electricity bill was sent to me a few days after getting the sim card. I logged in on state electricity app, and it said my mobile number is no longer active. On paytm I got the account holder name. After contacting jio care(which obviously sucks), they said they've reallocated the number, so that might be the reason. I also checked on my jio app, my name and adhaar adress was matching with the original. I've already put this number in my adhaar and pan and I was going to use this for my new bank account, but now I'm not so sure to do so. Please if you know anything, help me out.2
