Call from mother's phone but her phone was with me. Possible scam/hack?

Basically I recieved a normal call at 11:29 PM while her phone was locked and in my hand, as my phone was on DND I couldn't pick up, her phone shows no call sent at all. Could this be a case of sim swap/is she being wire tapped etc?
