Broadband speeds dropping in Delhi

Is it just me or do I notice this trend of broadband speeds dropping badly? I am on a Jio Fiber connection and these days I find the speeds are slow. It is honestly a bit frsutrating. Web whatsapp took 3 minutes to load. Even youtube - a live video took so much time to start.
