Airtel Postpaid: 6 Months of Complaints, Still No Resolution for Poor Network Coverage in Noida

I’ve been facing extremely poor network coverage with Airtel for the past 6 months, and despite being a postpaid user, my complaints are continuously closed without any resolution. I live in Noida, a tier-2 city, where I expected at least decent network services from Airtel, but it’s been absolutely terrible. I’ve reached out multiple times, but all I get is empty assurances, and the issue persists. Being on postpaid, I expected premium service, but this experience has been beyond disappointing. Is anyone else facing similar issues? How did you get Airtel to actually resolve them? And i am not porting out as jio is the same in my area and sometimes it struggles to work even when im outside 😿
