Would you choose to be born in SC/ST family to get *RESERVATION*

I read a post yesterday stating, "Being born as a general is absolutely the worst." The argument revolves around the lack of reservations and opportunities compared to SC/ST individuals. This leads me to a thought experiment: If you had the chance to go back in time and change your caste, would you choose to be born in an SC/ST family? Your family would remain the same, your financial status would be unchanged, and the only difference would be your caste. Keep in mind that you may face discrimination due to being from a lower caste (even if you are financially well doing ) but you’ll get reservations in colleges, entrance exams, and various government jobs. So, would you choose to be born in a SC/ST family with the knowledge of these trade-offs? ‘YES or NO’ and give your reasons.
