Why this much hate against indians??

I feel like the world doesn't see Indians as humans anymore, and I doubt this will change anytime soon. I'm certain that if someone killed Indians on a foreign street, it would be celebrated worldwide by most of the people. Do you think there should be laws or strict rules against racism on social platforms, especially racism targeting Indians?
