Indian government should start punishing the dehati tourists with travel bans and other non jailable punishments

Around 10 years ago, the word " Chinese tourists" were almost a meme material because these newly rich Chinese who had servants and sweepers at home travelled across USA and Europe and behaved badly by publicly urinating, trashing public places, talking loudly , not following the queues etc .. So CCP took the initiatives and started " educational classes" on the dos and don'ts and slowly the stereotype disappeared. I know on the background they must have punished those who broke the rules. In india , those educational classes won't suffice and everyone will just sleep through it . But we can bring temporary or permanent travel bans on those who give a bad name to indians abroad . This will ensure better etiquette from Indians behave well. Most of the Indians who travel abroad are well educated but they have this "chalta hai" attitude. Only if they know the punishment is bigger than the time or money they save,they will act better
