I Used to Love Paneer Curries, But Now I’m Scared to Eat Them

I’ve been a huge fan of paneer curries for years, but after seeing some disturbing reels about how it’s made and stored in restaurants, I don’t think I can eat them anymore—at least not from outside. I never really thought twice before, but now I can’t unsee those videos. Has anyone else gone through this? Do you still eat paneer from restaurants, or have you switched to homemade only?
