What if someone makes a Snapchat filter of our Supreme leader (can someone make it btw?) We could use it to start our own V for Vendetta style digital revolution! Like imagine. You want to crack a joke - use the face filter. Critize the govt? Use the filter! Beer biceps wants to make a podcast? Hello he can use that filter too! It's just a filter in the end lol so I'm pretty sure there aren't any legal angles to not being able to make one...
