Does anyone find her not annoying???

Is she supposed to be a comedian or some social media influencer? But her voice is so annoying. I saw her a couple times on reddit but I thought she is purposefully being annoying. Why the heck she speaks this way? Rakhi and Deepak were at least funny. This one is just annoying.
