Which ITV actors(ML FL) have crossed expectations in a role with their performance and where did they underperform despite having strong characters?

While many actors delivered stellar performances in some roles, they didn’t quite meet expectations in others—even when the character had immense potential. Which Indian television actors and actresses have crossed the potential of their roles with exceptional performances(itv contemporaries and role potential), and where did they underperform despite having strong characters? Would love to hear your thoughts . For example Sanaya irani ( She made khushi so easy to look on eyes, and even some comic scenes which 90% itv actors wouldnt even able to perform and would look ott on some , she made it look fluent at most occasions) Vivian Dsena ( not just he suited , but he completely outdid RK and gave his all away as an actor, even when the writing was going places in heroine track, he completely carried scenes with his restrained emotions) But at the same he was very disappointing in sirf tum where the character had so much more potential i feel , he went thoroughly weak and empty in emotional scenes Drashti Dhami ( she was very good in madhubala except dialogue heavy comic scenes but As nandini , she came out as a very weak performer with repeated shivering and puppy face when character had so much potential ) Aditi Sharma ( She was very good as mauli in silsila and outshined everyone) Rajat Tokas ( He was very good as prithvi in PRC at such young age, the way he delivered that heavy dialogues of a warrior and intensity in emotional scenes) KSG ( He underperformed as mr bajaj and didnt carry that intensity which was required for the role , havent watched this , just based on reviews so i may be wrong) Have you noticed similar cases where an actor outdid themselves in one role but felt underwhelming in another, even though the character had great potential ?Even if not the same actor in different roles ,you can go with individual examples good or bad , I’d love to hear more examples from your side.
