Udne ki Aasha has probably one of the best intamacy scenes I have seen in a long time

I just wanted to rant a bit about Udne ki Aasha’s intimate/romantic scenes because I feel like that does not get enough praise. First off there’s an importance placed on intimacy between husband and wife and discussion about it (through implied sayings because of censorship ofc but still) and their first time happens pretty quick within the narrative too compared to other recent shows of this kind I have seen. Another thing too that I really appreciated was that Sailee (the FL) is the one too initiate intimacy first, whereas it was Sachin (the ML) that was more shy about it. Which narratively made sense since he was a. Not raised with much physical love or affection to begin with and B. He essentially didnt even want to get married and he was made the groom on the day of. Also I like the fact that their intimacy wasnt initiated by someone/both being drunk. Infact at some point (after the first time) Sailee is drunk and it is implied they didnt do anything. Also they have not just shown one but two intimate scenes between the couple, the later one being initiated by Sachin, which showed a nice growth of him becoming more comfortable. Also another point, neither Sailee nor Sachin are ever shown to be “scared” during any of these scenes, they comfortable, playful and flirty as couples should be. Also thank god, but there wasnt immediate babies after this, I have seen too many ITV especially star plus shows show babies immediately after the “suhaagraat”. The only thing UKA did was a funny dream about quadruplets after. I just wanted to do this rant cause I feel like I see on twitter sometimes how theres not enough of the romance in this show, when in fact out of all the current on air shows, this probably has the most positive romance and dare I say the best enemies to lovers I have seen in a while.
