Dil Ko Rafu Karr Le episodes 14 + 15

We had some progression with Nikki witnessing Inder's abuse towards Seema but I feel like the show is backtracking now. If there's only supposed to be 25 episodes, why did episode 14 and 15 have the same promo. Also, I find myself watching this show in 2x speed. To be honest, Ishaan is annoying me lol. I'm not exactly sure what he's trying to do but he's SO annoying. Why did he not listen to Nikki. I don't think Nikki holds any characteristic of being a "chalak aurat" she's very simple and delusional, and I feel like the rest of the family has seen that in her mannerisms. Anyways, I would hope that they can speed up the drama or release episodes daily because it's getting annoying now lol.
