Woman threatening a kid who was scared of her dog!!

A minor stands in the lift. The door opens. He sees a woman with a dog. Fear grips him. Hands folded, he pleads with her not to bring the dog inside. The woman gets angry. She thrashes the boy. He escapes, runs back into the lift—shaken, crying. Yet another example of how reckless dog owners fuel resentment toward pets and tarnish their reputation.
