• Modi’s Bold Plan Reshaping Indian Aviation!

India’s aviation sector has witnessed unprecedented growth under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, with the number of airports more than doubling from 74 to 157 in the last decade. Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia highlighted that states like Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh, which lacked airports for 65 years, now have operational airstrips. The sector’s fleet size has also expanded from 400 to 750 aircraft since 2014. This rapid infrastructure development, part of a broader strategy to drive economic growth, reflects the government’s commitment to transforming India into a global aviation hub.
