Illegal Occupation & Vandalism at Khizrabad Property by a Local Don -No Action by Delhi Police!

I never thought I’d have to post something like this, but my family’s property in Khizrabad, New Delhi, is being illegally occupied and vandalized, and despite filing an FIR (No. 80146192) on 28th December 2024, Delhi Police has done NOTHING. This property was once a Balwadi and pre-school (The Umang School, inaugurated by Mrs. Gursharan Kaur) under Bhartiya Grameen Mahila Sangh. Now, Mohan Bidhuri(pic1) threatens that he is not afraid of police and trying to take it over by force by his men. They have been damaging the structure day and night, breaking walls, and openly demolishing parts of it. Even in broad daylight, they are continuing this illegal work without any fear. Today is 6th February 2025, and despite multiple complaints, police inaction has allowed them to keep going. How is this even possible? If land grabbers can act this boldly, where is the law? I am pleading for help, please take action before it's too late.If anyone has any advice on what more I can do, please let me know.
