Would Stephen Fleming have been a better coach for India than GG?

After Dravid stepped down post the T20 World Cup, there were rumors that Stephen Fleming might apply for the head coach position. Unfortunately, he didn’t, and GG was appointed instead and rest is history. Since then, the team's performance has been disappointing to say the least.
