Amazon Vivo X200 Pro Scam: second delivery guy handing me an unmarked parcel, I refuse, still marked as delivered by Amazon

This is the video I took of the second time a delivery guy came, pleading that I accept this parcel and that stickers get removed from the package. Sure, and then get cleanly stuck on another one? Moreover, it should be printed actually, and there's a unique security number, and I looked at the number on the side, and it started with EU something while the one I got didn't have these two letters in it. So, I have clear evidence of not accepting the parcel, yet Amazon customer support has no protocol where they can see this video, realise fraud is happening, and immediately provide redressal to the consumer. This slack in support is bolstering delivery fraud too.
