We got a long way ahead towards development..
I rarely travel by government buses aka ST. For some urgent work I had no other choice but this. Observation: 1)No one is patient enough to form a line. 2) Zero civic sense 3)People throwing handkerchiefs or bags from the window to "book" the seats. 4)The bus seats are littered and suspension of the bus and comfort is non existent 5)3 to 4 people on one seat which is meant for 2 people 6) People shouting at each other, abusing the government. Keep in mind, these people can barely afford living, but did not even think before having 3/4 children. 7) I don't even wanna talk about the smell and pure chaos. The stereotypes proves themselves. I travelled using state transport for almost 10 years but I never thought about what is fundamentally wrong, i thought that this was normal, i thought this is how life is supposed to be, we gotta adjust till the end. But now I'm in a better financial position, and I can see and reason that this country is far behind towards attaining a better future. So what can we do? NOTHING!! The India you me live is the top 10% of India , what about the rest 90%? We know nothing about the struggles of the 'real' india. Their lives shapes their thoughts and beliefs we cannot possibly relate and ask ourselves why these people behave the way they are. Ps- in pic 2, a man is keeping his elbow in front of my face.4
