Daylight Scam by Simpl, Sponsored by Myntra.

TLDR: Ordered product from myntra, Choose Simpl as pay later option. On the due that I got to know that it charged me 99 Rs extra without any reason. So I've ordered a product from myntra which cost Rs 560 and during final checkout the total amount shown as Rs 560. I was in hurry so choose this new paylater option in myntra called SIMPL and paid for the product. It was on dec 11. The due date was 18th dec (Today), and I got a link from simpl which asked me pay 659 for the very product. I was like what's wrong so I wanted to talk to Simpl's customer care but they had no such options in their app, you can only talk to AI bot. I raised a complaint citing that I had been charged incorrectly and even for that option, it asked me to upload screenshots of chat msg with myntra customer care which verifies the products original amount. So here's the take. While talking to customer care, first they confirmed that the final order amount is indeed Rs 560 (which is written in order derails page as well as the invoice I've received with the product). But when I talked about simpl, they took some time and told it's the shipping charges. So just for the sake of Rs 659, they made it up the shipping charges, which is ridiculous. When I told about the invoice and final order amount in order details only they admit that there's something wrong and they will look into it and probably revise it.
