Suggestion Required

I am in 2nd year right now haven't started DSA i only know what basic was taught in PDS. Can anyone suggest me what's best way to start to achieve good level of problem solving skill for CDC. Also which language should i start with Python or CPP reasons for choosing one will be really great.
