International Student from the US coming to study at IIT Delhi

Hi All! I am likely going to be studying abroad at IIT Delhi, but in order for me to apply, I need the syllabus of some courses to apply for approval from my home institution. Any advice on how to go about this? I am mostly interested in the Humanities courses pertaining to India.
