Review about the various workshops present on Bookmyshow app
You guys must have noticed those workshops in Bookmyshow happening like everyday. Do yourself a favour and never ever go to those………….unless you have 1000 -2000 rupees just lying around and lot of free time. The past week I booked two workshops one for pottery and another for painting. My take…. Good experience will never go again. Starting from pottery… i guess it costed me around 800-900. Instant regret the moment I reached the location. The guy was weird also I was the only person there so got more weird. Teaching was less scolding was more just to make me sign up for 20 hour classes. It is impossible for a person to be perfect at that spinning wheel thing in 15 minutes but he was just trying his best to convey that I am doing it wrong and I will cave and sign for more classes but the stubborn engineer in me has seen worst….. so no. Made three small bowl kinda something and ran from there like my life dependent on it. Second painting: this was at some cafe in Jubilee hills. I will not lie I had fun because the few organisers were fun people. They were basically promoting the place via this workshop which I didn’t know……..my bad. I hoped that there will be some guidance some technique’s or anything related to painting. There wasn’t. There was not even any reference given. I had to look up for my own reference and paint. They provided all the materials, canvas, paint, brushes even one complementary drink. But no teaching as I wanted to learn few things because I do paint small things from time to time. It felt like just a painting session which I could have done at my home that too free. Good experience both. Will never do it again. Even if you are in groups or with friends you can try other gaming activities but I will not suggest this at all. If you want to know the names and locations of these workshops dm me.🙃5
