Restaurants using real paneer

Hi Everyone, with the recent news of how restaurants are using analogue paneer i am having trust issues on where to order paneer dishes from. So do you guys know which restaurants are using real paneer? Preferably veg options. PS: i only eat out 1-2 times a week
