Modern places to eat, drink, do things, see things

Visiting for a couple of weeks. I've seen a lot of the historical stuff like FPalace, GFort, CMinar, QTombs etc. but if there's something you think I missed that is top tier feel free to share. Would be interested in learning about modern sights, experiences, cuisine, night life. Comedy? Nerd stuff? Dive bars? Swanky spots? Unique eats/drinks? Unexpected expats? I'm staying in the Southside of Jubilee Hills so nearby attractions that avoid traffic are awesome but I can get around.
