Genuine question for all the working professionals Are jobs available in the market? I see every day xyz company hiring, bulk hiring and all. Even after applying for nth time no response. 2024 bcom graduate (specialization in international business) worked at a startup as customer experience associate had to quite due to personal issues. Have been searching for 2 months and nowhere to go. If any working professionals willing to help out a fresher I'd like to share my resume for feedback ,insights on skills to learn and areas to focus on. Need some brutal answers and reality check 🙏
