Is it normal for buyers to ask weird questions when selling a desktop?

So, I'm trying to sell my desktop and have been getting leads from Justdial. Most of the calls go the same way: they ask about the desktop, quote a price that's lower than I expected, I ask for their location, they refuse and say they'll come to me. Then, they ask this strange question: "Do you live with family or are you single?" After I answer, they tell me they'll need 2 hours to come and buy it, and to just inform them 2 hours in advance, no matter the location or time. 6 out of 10 calls follow this pattern, and I’m starting to feel a little uneasy. The 2-hour thing makes sense, but the personal question seems odd. Is this normal or is something shady going on here?
