Immigration officer at airport asked a weird question

So three of us were at the immigration counter at RGIA, I was last to present my passport to the officer who was a lady in her thirties. She asked me to look at camera and then started a conversation- IA: All three of you work in the same company aah? Me: Two of us in the same one and one in other. IA: company name? Me: <company name> IA: here in Hyderabad? Me: yeah. IA: is there any back door process to join? Me: no Madam. You can apply on <company website> IA: hmm ok What I found weird is that she used the word back door. Has something like this happened with anyone?
