Gachibowli Hyderabad - IT Hub but no electricity

How pathetic is the power cut situation in Gachibowli. They call it the IT hub yet there is no systems setup by the electricity department of this IT hub. 4 out of 7 days, there will be a power cut starting from morning and it will return only after lunch break. What is the BIG issue that the electricity dept is not able to solve, and they need to stop the power every other day for 3+ hrs. Useless people. I come from a remote town in the north east and I haven't faced this kind of a power issue there. Atleast we were notified beforehand. Last month our electricity bill was 2k extra just because we had to use the apartment's backup power so much. Tax chahiye, bijli ka full base rent chahiye, sab chahiye inko.. lekin full month ka electricity dene ka capacity nahi hai. Completely frustrated with this.
