Creepy Cab Driver

I am writing this on behalf of my gf. She booked a Rapido from sainikpuri to her house and the moment she got into the cab, the cab driver complimented her that she looks cute. Afterwards a day later the guy texted her on gpay as she was the one who paid by requesting 1 rupee and then texting her number. She has blocked him but she is definitely creeped out and feeling unsafe.
