Zepto does the most psycho shit, I swear
So I ordered some stuff from Zepto, cart total was around ₹800. Turns out I missed clicking on the free delivery option, and they charged me ₹30 extra. WHY even give an option for free delivery if you're gonna trick customers into missing it? Like bro, is that ₹30 more important than keeping your customers happy?? What kind of psycho decision-making is this? BC, I'm already paying extra for the so-called convenience, and instead of making my experience smooth, you're out here running sneaky UI tactics to squeeze a few extra bucks? IDK which genius came up with this scam, but they need to be fired immediately. Customer satisfaction is ECONOMICS 101. The dissatisfaction/frustration that the customer experience is much more than ₹30. And the worst part? There’s no easy way to claim that delivery fee back. What a joke. I don’t care if it’s ₹30 or ₹300, I’m never ordering from Zepto again. This is some psycho shit, bhyi.3
