Worst Experience with Turkish Airlines – Check-In Issues, Terrible Customer Service, and Now My Bag is Missing!
Hey everyone, I just had one of the worst experiences with Turkish Airlines, and I need to vent a little. First, the check-in was a mess. It took forever, and the staff didn’t seem organized at all. I was stressed out about missing my flight, and the whole thing just felt chaotic. Then, I tried reaching out to customer service afterward, but they were absolutely no help. It was like they didn’t care or know what they were doing. And to top it all off, when I got to my destination, one of my bags is missing! I’ve been waiting for hours, and I still have no clue where it is. I’ve tried calling customer service again, but they’re not giving me any useful info. Has anyone else had problems like this with Turkish Airlines? What should I do to get my bag back or at least get some answers? Any advice would be super helpful!but PS : I did file a complaint at HYD airport , the luggage had clothes , shoes and perfume Thanks!5
