Worst experience with ACT fibernet.
I recently shifted to a new service provider and forgot to cancel the ACT FIbernet subscription. I used to pay for this service yearly. So I was under the impression that this internet would stop after the completion of this one year, the subscription that needed to be terminated in Jan ran till Feb, which by the way I did not request. Now these guys are asking me to pay for the service that I did not request. is Those guys in a very smart way let that connection be that way and after that month the connection ended automatically. Later I got a due notice from ACT saying that you need to pay this amount to settle your dues. They even did not provide the Rs. 100 discount for the router which they installed in my house which the technician who installed that router said that it would credit into my account. I ignored that as RS. 100 is a small amount and let that slide and these MFs are now extorting the money from us this way. When asked on their customer service team they say that we need to ask the customer service regarding that discount. And when asked about this they say that your account is disconnected and there is nothing we can do about it now. F these guys. have you guys had any similar experiences please do let me know to make me feel better? Or if there are anything I can do to make this go away please let me know.3
