What are your thoughts on this?

Hello! I've been thinking about something and wanted to get your input. Why don't all police officers wear body cameras that are recording at all times while they are in uniform? This would ensure that all interactions with the public are documented. We could even use police headquarters as data centers to store all this footage. This would modernize our police force and increase transparency. If an officer's camera is turned off, they should face disciplinary action and be required to undergo mandatory training, similar to what happens in many corporations today. The reason I believe this is important is that some individuals may take their positions for granted once they become government employees.
